Their HERE!

So i did it! I finally got my clubs in the mail on friday! I am super pumped. There is a place on the net called pinemeadowgolf.com. They custom fit your clubs so you get what you want. They have a couple different kinds to chose from that are rated the same as Callaway's and Pings. I got the ones rated the same as the Pings. I custom fit the grips, the shaft and the length. They work great. We went on Monday at clear lake and i shot a pretty good game with my irons. If only my putting was on par like usual, i would of had a GREAT score. Oh well. Next year i am going to buy the hybrids and the Drivers (or if you want, you can get them for me for my birthday, which is coming up soon!)

On the Road Again!

So the long weekend has come and gone, but not at the Koehn household. We are taking another long weekend. Karla's fam always goes to Clear Lake Manitoba for a weekend. So thats where we are off too. But Karla, being the impatient person that she is, left this morning WITHOUT ME!!!
So i guess i will tag along on sat with out here. It should be fun if i don't fall asleep on the way. I guess i will buy some spits and a 12 pack of pepsi! Plus my Ipod. So, wish us luck and i will put up some pictures when we get back.

IF you must know...

We went to Jack Fish Lodge for our anniversary. I surprised Karla with that and she had NO idea. She was a bit scared as we are drving up north into nothing. Plus I could not find the place at first. But once we got there, she was happy. The lodge was alright but the golf course was why we were there. Here are some pics of the lodge and course.

We sat on the deck for brunch and supper. It was a really nice view of the lake and the 10th hole.

This is a shot of Karla on one of the shorter holes. I caught her swing on tape, but she duffed in hard so i let her try again and she put it on the green!! I guess after that i should not be such a nice guy when she is playing golf.

Then there is me with my "perfect" swing. As you can see i missed the ball. Luckly it was only my practice swing.

Long birdie putt...

We finished the hole and i asked kar to take a picture of this hole and the lake. So i threw the ball here and pretended to putt. After she snapped the picture, i took a swing and drained it. Why can't i do that when it counts!!!!
